How Custom Orders Work
Every piece starts with a conversation. You tell me what you’re looking for — a carved sign, a custom cutting board, something you’ve been picturing but can’t find anywhere. I’ll work with you to nail down the details: size, wood species, design elements, and price.
We’ll work together in a project workspace on this site, sharing messages and images. Once we agree on the scope and cost, I’ll start work right away.

Your Design Portal
Your project workspace is where we go back and forth on the design. Here’s what you can do:
- Upload reference files — logos, photos, sketches, inspiration images. Whatever helps me understand what you’re after. Supports JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, and ZIP files up to 50 MB.
- Review design concepts — I’ll upload mockups and design iterations for you to look at. Click through them full-size, download them, mark up what you want changed.
- Message back and forth — A threaded conversation right on the project page. No digging through email chains or lost attachments. You’ll get an email notification whenever I post an update.
Everything stays organized in one place, and it’s private — only you and I can see your project.
